A: For $25 a month, we ship a box of science experiments and activities that we refer to as “TndrTreasures” to your doorstep. Each box contains 2-3 ready-to-start, exciting and age-appropriate experiments and activities. Each box has all the materials you will need, as well as easy-to-follow instructions that you can explore together with your child. We also have videos online if you need. Our experiments and activities have been kid-tested and educator reviewed. TndrBOX provides parents with tools to engage their child with hands-on science and empower them to take control of their learning, in the comfort of their home. Shipping is free and you can pause or cancel your order any time.

A: Simply choose the kind of subscription you would prefer and use our secured payment process. Q: Do TndrBOX experiments follow public school science curriculum?
A: The experiments do not strictly follow California’s Core Curriculum; every effort has been made to identify experiments that are age appropriate. We believe learning can happen at unexpected places and that kids tend to enrich themselves with things they like. Tndrbox wants to add fun and engaging science experiments to the things kids have come to like such as iPads, remotes and games. The TndrTreasures are designed to provoke curiosity and creative thinking with hands-on science. By making science fun the kids learn to enjoy and master their own learning process.
Q: Can TndrBOX experiments be replaced for Science Lab in schools?
A: Absolutely not! TndrTreasures are experiments that can be used to supplement (but not replace) your child’s science education. A visit to the science museum helps enrich your child’s creativity and imagination. Much the same way, TndrBOX is about fun and engagement with science in a friendly setting like a home. This combination of fun and learning on their own terms will promote curiosity, prompt kids to ask questions, approach the problem differently and help them master their learning process.
Q: What exactly do I get each month?
A: You will get a Preschool TndrBOX of 2-3 experiments (3-5 year olds) orElementaryTndrBOX of 4-5 experiments (6-10 years) and activities customized based on your selection of grades while joining. All the materials are provided, right down to paper towels for clean-up. Some experiments call for water, scissors, and a measuring cup. These common household items are to be used from home. Content on how to perform the experiment with pictures as well as videos is provided.
Q: Do I need to have a science background to use TndrBOX?
A: No, you don’t. TndrBOX is designed to be easy and for home use. You may begin to develop a science background with TndrBOX over time by discovering and learning with your child.
Q: Do I have to return the box?
A: All boxes that the experiments come in are yours to keep. Your kids can repurpose them creatively. Build a doll's bed, a wormery, use it as a small toy box... the possibilities are endless!
SHIPPING:
Q: How long will my order take to ship?
A: We ship one day in a month based on the zip code of the shipping address. For example, The San Jose Area deliveries are scheduled on the 2nd Wednesday of the month and will take 2-7 days to arrive at your doorstep.
Q: Can the box be delivered to a different address?
A: Yes, the box can be delivered to a different address you prefer as long as it is in USA.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We ship your TndrBOX for FREE with your purchase.
Q: Do you ship outside the US?
A: At this time, we are unable to ship products outside of the United States. We hope to add this capability in the future.
Q: What if my product was damaged?
A: Please contact the TndrBOX Customer Service at 1-510-745-8088 Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm PST or email us at [email protected] with a picture of the damage. We will ship a replacement order out to you as soon as possible.
Q: What if my order was never received, even if it was reported as delivered?
A: If for any reason you never received your order even though it showed Delivery Confirmed please contact the TndrBOX Customer Service at 1-510-745-8088, Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm PST or email us at [email protected]. We want to make sure you have a box and will never disappoint you. You may also ask for the box to be dropped off at your workplace.
BILLING:
Q: When is my credit card charged?
A: Your card will be charged the day you place your order. It will then be charged monthly on the same date. We do not wait until your order is shipped to charge your card.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: To cancel your subscription, you can call us at anytime at 1-510-745-8088, Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm PST or email us at [email protected]. If you are emailing, please use the email you provided us during sign up and indicate ‘Cancel’ in the subject line. We will get in touch with you to confirm the cancellation as well as return any balance due.
Q: Can I pause my account?
A: Certainly! Please email and let us know how many months or the time period for which you would want to stop delivery. We will not charge you for the period requested.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We take great care in designing the box and its contents to provide you and your family a memorable experience. We also pay attention to how and what we communicate so that your expectation is met or exceeded upon receipt of the box. We regret very much if you are unsatisfied with the experience and will refund 100% for any deliveries made in the last 30 days. Please call us at 1-510-745-8088 Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm PST or email us at [email protected] indicating your plan to return. We will follow-up over email on the return process. We value your time and will ensure that the return process will not take more than 5 minutes. Refunds will be credited to the original card in 3-4 business days. Please note, NO refunds will be issued after 30 days from the shipping date.
